Triage and filtering

Every lead is triaged the moment it arrives — before any decision about replying. That order matters: a lead blocked by quiet hours is still scored, so your morning queue is never a pile of unsorted requests.

What triage produces

Intent (a quote, a booking, a question, or spam), urgency, whether the work matches your services, whether the address is in your area, and a score from 0 to 100.

You see all of it on the lead, including a one-line explanation of why it was scored that way.

What gets filtered out

Anything scored as spam, and anything below your minimum score. Filtered leads get no reply, no follow-ups, and are not billed. You are told when it happens so you can disagree.

Someone selling you marketing services is spam. A two-line request from a real homeowner is not — short messages come from people typing on phones, and scoring them down would filter out the busy, not the unserious.

Tuning the threshold

The default minimum is 20, which filters very little beyond obvious spam. Raise it if you are paying for leads you would never take; lower it if you would rather see everything.
