Why good companies lose leads they should have won

Someone answered first

The customer messaged four businesses at once. The one who replied in two minutes is having the conversation; the other three are writing into a decision that is already made.

You were doing the work

Every hour you are best at your trade is an hour you are worst at answering your phone. The busiest days generate the most leads and the fewest replies.

Nobody followed up

Most leads go quiet once, not forever. One reply ten minutes later and one the next day recover a surprising number of them — and almost nobody sends them.

What happens when a lead arrives

Every step below runs whether you are asleep, on a ladder, or on another call.

Two more follow-ups, then it stops

Every one of them stops the moment the customer replies.

Two minutes to set up

  1. Connect your account

Sign in through the marketplace itself. We never ask for your password.

  2. Tell us about the work

Services, area, price ranges, and the questions you always ask. This is what makes the replies yours.

  3. Watch the first few

Start with replies held for your approval. Turn that off once you trust it — most people do within a week.

  4. Answer first, every time

Every lead gets a reply in seconds, day or night, whether you are on a roof or asleep.

Questions people ask before signing up

Is this safe for my marketplace account?

You connect through the platform's own sign-in and we use its official API. We never ask for or store your password, and we do not automate a browser pretending to be you.

Will it sound like a robot?

It reads the actual request and answers that request — the job, the address, the detail the customer volunteered. What makes replies sound generic is having nothing specific to say, which is why setup asks about your work rather than your tone.

What if it says something wrong?

You can hold every reply for approval, and we recommend it for the first weeks. You also list things it must never say — firm prices, guaranteed times — and it will not say them.

Can I take over a conversation?

Any time. Reply yourself and the AI steps back on that lead. If it runs out of replies while a customer is still waiting, we tell you rather than leaving them hanging.

What counts as a billable lead?

A lead we actually replied to. Spam and leads below your quality threshold are filtered out and cost nothing.

Can I cancel?

From the dashboard, whenever you like. There is no contract and nothing to negotiate.
